Before Your Service

Not sure when your service is due?

It is important to maintain your service schedule to ensure your vehicle is running at its full potential. Your vehicle may also require more regular services depending on the number of kilometres that you drive. While there are time and kilometre intervals for scheduled services, it is important to service at whichever interval occurs first.

The below table is a guide to the recommended Service & Maintenance schedule for all current generation Toyota vehicles. Prices as at April 2023 and are subject to change.

Maintaining your service schedule ensures your vehicle is running at its full potential. Your vehicle may also require more regular services depending on how many kilometres you drive. While there are specific time and kilometre intervals for scheduled services, it is important to service at whichever interval occurs first. Don't forget, our team are always here to help you determine which service your Toyota needs.

Katie owns a Toyota Yaris Hybrid with a scheduled service interval of every 12 months or 15,000 km - whichever occurs first.

As Katie works from home, her Yaris Hybrid has only travelled 7,000km in 1 year. She will still need to complete the 1-year service, as the 1-year milestone has been reached before the vehicle has reached 15,000km.

Tim owns a Toyota HiLux with a scheduled service interval of every 6 months or 10,000 km - whichever occurs first.

As Tim travels long distances for work, his HiLux may reach 10,000km in only 4 months' time. Therefore, he will need to service at the 10,000km milestone, as this has occured before the vehicle has reached 6 months of age

Starts from $199* for passenger vehicles and from $250* for SUV and Trade vehicles.

Our Toyota Factory trained technicians are well-equipped to service all makes and models. We offer competitive logbook servicing costs and standard maintenance plans for any vehicle. 

*Price will vary for vehicles that require an excess of 5L of oil or Full Synthetic Motor Oil.

Getting to our Dealership

25 Blaxland Road, Campbelltown.

Entrance is via Blaxland Road into a shared driveway with BCF. Proceed straight down our driveway, then take the first left into our undercover drop off zone.

11-23 Lasso Road, Gregory Hills.

Entrance is via Lasso Road (next door to McDonalds and Oporto). Proceed through our carpark, then the first left into our undercover drive-through drop off zone.

During Your Service

Drop-Off Process

1. Enter our Dealership

Proceed to the undercover drive-through drop-off zone. 

2. Meet Our Team

You will be greeted by a Service Advisor to confirm your contact and booking details. They may also discuss repair costs if applicable and advise you of your approximate pick-up time. 

At this time, you can discuss with our team any additional concerns you may have about your vehicle. 

3. Prepping Your Vehicle

Your vehicle will be fitted with courtesy items including a floor mat and seat cover. 

Please note: In response to COVID-19, extra safety and sanitisation procedures have been implemented. These include wiping of all touch points and protective wraps over the steering wheel, gear shift and hand brake.

4. And We're All Ready!

Your vehicle is now set for our technicians to drive into our workshop for service.

Early Bird Drop-Off

Can’t access us at our normal hours?

Out of hours drop-off services are available at both our Service drive-throughs.

Simply fill out the form to include your contact details, registration and any vehicle concerns you would like us to attend to. Then deposit your keys in the available envelope or canister and leave in the designated drop-off chute.

Please note: 24/7 Early Bird access is available at our Campbelltown Service Centre. At Gregory Hills, these facilities open from 7am.

Can't stay? No problem, get a free ride on us!

This is available for guests in our local area. Our Courtesy Bus will travel between central drop-off and pick-up locations around our dealership. To confirm availability, simply arrange it when making your booking or with our service reception upon arrival. Please note: Courtesy Buses will be available for use on week days, only. Schedule varies daily and is dependent on the guest traffic.
